Limited Warranty

Custom Wood Solutions offers limited warranty protection for our customer on all products and services manufactured and installed by our company. Please read our limited warranty, Refund Policy and customer satisfaction information below:

Limited Warranty

Custom Wood Solutions provides a one year limited warranty on all products manufactured and installed by our company. Our products and services are guaranteed for one year to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover product abuse, or product failure due to improper treatment, neglect or damage caused by improper use. This warranty does not cover products, materials or workmanship delivered or installed by others. This warranty does not cover incidental damages caused by products manufactured or installed by others. Incidental damages caused by the manufacturing or installation of products or services are subject to coverage by liability insurance coverage.

Paint, Stain, Finish & Wood Species

During the coarse of each construction, remodeling and cabinet project, the customer will specify paint colors, stain colors, finish type and wood species used to manufacture the products to be installed. Custom Wood Solutions will insure that the customer has approved paint and stain colors, finish type and wood species prior to manufacturing and installation. Dissatisfaction of paint and stain color, finish type and wood species is not cover by our limited warranty and is not subject to refund. However, we are happy to refinish the project for the cost of materials and labor.

Custom Wood Solutions will repair or replace for one year from purchase date any defective products or workmanship manufactured and install by our company based on our decision as to which is appropriate. Our limited warranty certifies our commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Our Contract

For your protection, Custom Wood Solutions provides a written contract document for projects over $1000 in material and labor costs. Our limited warranty, refund policy, punch list, project cost, project scope, project details, project schedule, payment schedule and release of lien are included in our contract. Please read and understand the project contract.

Punch List

Each project with a cost over $1000 comes with a "Punch List" document as part of our contract. Items that need additional attention or warranty service may be addressed though the written punch list near the completion of the project.

Project Walk Through

Your satisfaction with our finished work is important to us. Our reputation is built upon satisfied customers. At the completion of each construction, remodeling or cabinet project, the onsite company representative will demonstrate the product and review any punch list items. The onsite representative will provide every customer with a completed Project Walk Through to review the project for any additional items that need attention. Any additional items will be added to the punch list and completed at the time of delivery when possible or within thirty days.
